Are your products actually organic?
Yes. The fertilizer sticks, growth promoter and neem oil are made from compost, bone meal, seaweed and cold-pressed neem, no synthetic NPK powder, no urea, no growth regulators. The coco peat discs are washed coir from Tamil Nadu mills.
How often should I feed my plants?
Sticks every 45 days. Liquid growth promoter every 15 days. Neem oil preventively every 10 to 14 days, or every 4 to 5 days if pests are active. In deep winter (December and January in north India), reduce all dosages by half, plants are mostly dormant.
Will PotsAlive products work for my balcony in Mumbai / Bangalore / Pune?
Yes, they're designed for Indian conditions. The dosage charts on each product page assume a typical balcony or terrace garden in any major Indian city. For Mumbai humidity, expect to need slightly less neem oil (it works longer between sprays); for Bangalore monsoons, skip a feed cycle when there's heavy rain.
Where do you ship? Do you ship to Tier 2/3 cities?
All over India. Amazon and Meesho orders use their own delivery networks. IndiaMART and direct WhatsApp orders ship via Delhivery, they cover Tier 2/3 cities reliably; transit is 4 to 8 days depending on the destination state.
Can I return a product?
Amazon and Meesho orders follow each platform's return policy. For direct or IndiaMART orders, returns are case-by-case, if there's a quality issue (broken seal, damaged in transit, smells off), send a photo to our WhatsApp and we'll either replace or refund.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Above 100 kg of fertilizer sticks, 50 L of growth promoter, or 1,000 coco peat discs we offer wholesale pricing. Get a quote on IndiaMART or message us on WhatsApp.
Are these safe for kids and pets?
Yes, at the recommended dilutions. Neem oil is non-toxic to dogs and cats once diluted and dried on the leaves; the fertilizer sticks are inert (compost-based) once buried. Don't let pets chew the concentrated neem bottle directly.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. For Amazon orders, invoice generation is built into Amazon. For direct or IndiaMART orders, mention your GSTIN at the time of order, we'll issue an invoice from PotsAlive (GSTIN 07XXXXXXXXX1ZD) by email the same day.
Who is behind PotsAlive?
Deepak Khatkar runs it. He is the fourth generation in our family to work with soil. The Khatkars have farmed in Dhankhari village, Jind district, Haryana for a hundred years. Deepak started the plant nutrition operation in 2020 and we registered PotsAlive formally in January 2023. Today we run our own manufacturing plant in New Delhi, supply more than 20 nurseries across India, and have shipped over 100,000 products through Amazon, IndiaMART, Meesho and WhatsApp.
