Three things PotsAlive promises every gardener who buys from us.

1. From the family farm

The Khatkar family has farmed in Dhankhari, Jind, Haryana for four generations. Wheat in winter, bajra in summer, mustard between, rice once the canal water came. Deepak is the fourth generation, and PotsAlive is what happens when that century of soil knowledge gets translated into products small enough to fit a balcony pot. Nothing we sell is contract-manufactured. Every batch is made and checked in our own plant in Delhi.

2. Built for India

Most plant care advice on the internet is American or European. Their growing season is six months. Ours is closer to nine. Delhi summer is its own climate, the monsoon disrupts everything, and tulsi in a Mumbai balcony needs different help than a money plant in a Bangalore flat. So our dosage charts aren't translated from a US fertilizer label. We test, measure and write them ourselves, in India, for Indian conditions.

3. Plants don't need chemistry

Four organic products. One Plant Food Stick that feeds slowly for 45 days. One bottle of cold-pressed neem oil. One liquid growth promoter. One coco peat disc that turns into seed-starting medium. Where this came from

Deepak Khatkar started experimenting with plant nutrition in 2020, using methods our family had used on the farm in Dhankhari for generations. We registered PotsAlive formally in January 2023. Today over 100,000 of our products have shipped across India and more than 20 nurseries now stock us, alongside Amazon, IndiaMART, Meesho and the WhatsApp number we still answer ourselves.
